Samagra Shiksha, Himachal Pradesh (SSA and RMSA) has an important component of Teacher Training so that in-service teachers can be acquainted with new methodologies and technologies for better students learning outcomes.
The annual training programme is designed at the SPO level and trainings are conducted by the SPO, SIEMAT, SCERT and DIETs. Resource persons at the State, District, Block and Cluster level conduct the trainings on the theme decided at the SPO level or as proposed and approved in the AWP&B every year.
